Deep Forest - the return of a world electronic music icon to Dreamersland

Deep Forest, founded by Eric Mouquet, is one of the most important formations at the intersection of electronic music, world music, ethnic sounds, jazz, classical music, and epic composition. This music transcends the boundaries of cultures, genres, and time - creating a space where sound becomes a journey.
After a remarkable encounter with the Dreamersland audience, Deep Forest returns to Warsaw - to the historic, industrial space of Kultura Wysoka.
Dreamersland invites you to a concert by an artist whose work has influenced entire generations of electronic musicians and the world music scene. It is an evening of meeting music that for more than three decades has moved audiences around the world - hypnotic, profound, and multi-layered.

From traditional sounds to the language of contemporary electronic music

Deep Forest

The first French group to win a Grammy Award in 1995 for the album Bohème in the category Best World Music Album, as well as a World Music Award and an MTV Award.

Deep Forest is one of the pioneering groups in electronic and world music, founded by composer, musician, and producer Eric Mouquet. Deep Forest has had a significant influence on many EDM artists such as Robert Babicz, Sainte Vie, Fakear, SAMIFATI, Onuka, and many others.

As a producer and composer, Eric has collaborated with artists including Josh Groban, Herbie Hancock, Peter Gabriel, Joe Zawinul, Lokua Kanza, Fakear, Blick Bassy, Gaudi, Chitose Hajime, Rahul Sharma, and Sa Ding Ding, developing numerous creative experiences and encounters with musicians from around the world.

He is also an amateur astronomer, recognized for his deep-sky photography.

Deep Forest is a subtle fusion of electronic, ethnic, jazz, classical, and epic sounds, with compositions inspired by cultures and landscapes from around the world.

A legend, alive in sound

That evening, Kultura Wysoka will become a place of reunion with the music of Eric Mouquet.

There will be electronics and the memory of traditional sounds. There will be rhythm and space. There will be movement, scenography, and light - conditions in which music can truly come alive.
